Attendance At Trentham District Primary School the first bell is 8:55, and school starts promptly at 9.00am. This is essential to ensure that children benefit fully from classroom learning and that other children’s learning is not disrupted.
Please be reminded that children arriving later the 9am bell need to sign in at the front office, including students from the 4-6 area. This process ensures we lessen distractions to the teaching and learning program within the classroom and ensure students can move into their classroom room activity immediately without disruption to the teaching and learning.
Parents needing to give messages, items etc. such as lunches, books etc. during the school day must be left at the office. As you can imagine interruptions during learning time are distracting for teachers and for students. I thank you for your understanding.
